Worst service I have ever encountered! After travelling to tin can bay with hubby and the kids I was disgusted the way I was spoken whilst giving my order. We were polite, and after requesting an extra slice of fish (we were more than happy to pay for it)in the seafood basket the rude woman stated that we were stupid for asking for an extra piece???? I do not understand any business that doesnt want to sell extra items and make extra money from a customer not to mention let the customer have what they request? I was more than happy to tell the woman to forget my order and spend my money at another local business which ended up being excellent. Not to mention they didnt have dead roaches in their drink fridge like this dump! Improve your customer service and encourage tourists to enjoy their stay!!
